BURLINGTON — Scott and Ruth Millar of Casamarca, Argentina, formerly of Burlington, announce the engagement of their son, Abraham Stacy Millar, to Abigail Elyse Rigdon, daughter of Steve and Lynn Rigdon of Champaign, Ill.
The bride-to-be graduated in 2004 from Alexis High School in Alexis, Ill., and in 2007 from Parkland College in Champaign, Ill., with an AA in early childhood education. She is employed by Next Generation in Champaign, Ill.
The groom-to-be graduated in 1999 from La Escuela Normal in Argentina and in 2004 from Greenville College in Greenville, Ill., with a BA in contemporary Christian music. He works for Publication Services Inc. in Champaign, Ill.
The couple are planning a June 21 wedding in Champaign, Ill.
